Unplug, unwind, and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful beauty of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. This intimate weekend retreat offers yoga, nature, and nourishing experiences designed to restore your body and mind.

Day 1 | Friday

Grounding into the Earth

4 pm Arrival and settle in

5 pm Welcome Circle, Intention Setting and Meditation

6-7 pm Slow Flow

7-8 pm Dinner 

8:30-9:30 pm Sound Bath with Essential Oils

Day 2 | Saturday 

8 am Coffee + Light Breakfast

9 am Morning Silent Walking Meditation

10-11:30 am  Morning Flow to Surrender

11:30-12:30am lunch

12:30-4pm personal time to explore/wine taste/personal practice/journal/hike

4-5:30 pm yoga workshop

6-7 Closing Circle and Group Pictures

7 pm Dinner

8:30 pm Firepit/Hot Tub/Community Social/Unwind Time

8 am Coffee + Light Breakfast

8:30-10 am Meditation + Balance Soul Yoga/Meditative Nature Hike

As the founder and lead teacher of Zyana Yoga Studio, Zoe brings over a decade of dedicated practice and teaching experience to her offerings. Her classes blend mindful movement, intelligent sequencing, and soulful connection, creating a space for students to explore, heal, and grow—both on and off the mat.

Known for her nurturing presence and depth of knowledge, Zoe skillfully weaves together traditional yoga philosophy, breathwork, and modern functional movement.
